Scenic spots in the suburbs of Beijing saw a great increase in the number of visitors in the past few days. In both scenic spots and hotels in the city suburbs strict pandemic prevention and control measures are in place.
近期国内疫情反弹、不少原计划出京休假的市民都陆续取消了行程，将视线转移到了京郊。北京郊区的旅游景点的游客数量有了很大的增长，从景区到民宿、农家乐，都采取了严格的疫情防控措施。
Disease control and prevention authorities in the capital advised local residents to avoid unnecessary trips especially to high and medium risk areas due the new wave of Covid-19 infections. Scenic spots in the suburbs of Beijing therefore became more favorable travel alternatives for local residents. Mr. Liu is the operator of a family resort in Huairou district.
近期由于非必要不出京政策，京郊游成为很多市民出行度假的首选，京郊的景点和民宿在周末迎来大客流，在琉璃庙镇白河湾经营民宿的刘先生说：
We have three yards, each can host 8 to 10 guests. The occupancy rate during the middle of the week is 90%, during the weekend, all the rooms are fully occupied.
我们的民宿一共有3个院子，每个院子能住8-10位，平常的入住率能达到90%左右，周末基本上都是100%。
Mrs. Wu spent the vacation with her family in a resort in the suburb. She feels pandemic control and prevention measures are the top concern while making travel plans right now.
因为疫情原因，市民吴女士选择带孩子在京郊休假，她认为，疫情控制和预防措施是当务之急。
The resort strictly follows the regulations. Our health status code and the itinerary in the past days were checked before checking in. Many people are like us, spending the holiday in the suburbs instead of traveling to other cities.
住宿还是挺严格的，需要扫健康码和行程码。很多人像我一样去不了外地就选择来京郊游玩。
In Liulimiao Town, where Mr.Liu’s family resort is located, a checkpoint is set up in each village. All visitors are required to have their temperature taken, they will register in family resorts after showing their health status code is green and the itinerary code shows no visits to medium or high-risk areas in past two weeks. Tian Yuzhen, head of the tourism office of Liulimiao Town in Huairou district, explains:
琉璃庙镇的各村村口都设有卡口，所有游客都需要进行体温测量，健康状态码必须为绿色，行程码显示过去两周没有去过中高风险地区。琉璃庙镇旅游办负责人田雨震介绍：
All family resorts are disinfected twice a day, including the kitchen, the rooms and other public areas.
所有的民宿无论是厨房、公共场所还是客房每天都要消毒两次，做好记录。

Xiao Ying, a holiday resort operator in Qiaozi Town, also says that business is booming in recent days.
怀柔区桥梓镇十里桃花民宿经营者肖颖说：
The turnover is much faster than we expected. the pandemic has rather little impact on our business. We are required by the township government to provide disease control and prevention supplies. They will conduct inspection from time to time, if any of us fail to do so, operation will be suspended.
疫情对我们的影响不大，营业额比预期好很多。桥梓镇要求民俗户准备疫情防控的物资，他们会联合检查或者暗查，查到哪家没有准备就会取消接待资格。

However, Mrs. Wu noticed that some people lowered their guard in terms of disease control and prevention while on holiday.
然而吴女士也注意到，一些游客的防控意识还需要加强。
I saw people around the tourist site not wearing masks, their awareness needs to be raised.
进了景区以后，很多人不戴口罩，防护意识还需要提高。
In the latest press conference held by the municipal government on epidemic control and prevention, Pang Xinghuo, deputy head of the center for disease control and prevention reminded people to protect themselves well, avoid gatherings and wear masks while enjoying the holiday in the suburbs.
在北京市政府最新召开的疫情防控新闻发布会上， 北京市疾控中心副主任庞星火 提醒市民即便在京郊也要注重个人防护，不聚集，戴口罩。
