Hainan (Lingao) Happy Tourism Festival and Mazu Culture Exchange Meeting Of 2020 successfully Held
12月17日，2020海南(临高)欢乐旅游节暨妈祖文化交流会在海南省临高县隆重举行。以“妈祖佑华夏延续海丝路潮起海之南逐梦自贸港”为主题，共吸引来自北京、海南、福建、广东、山东、广西、台湾、香港、澳门和越南、苏里南、智利、阿根廷等地的妈祖宫庙妈祖文化机构代表、妈祖文化领域专家学者、各地游客与当地居民共同参加此次活动。
活动展示了世界非物质文化遗产――妈祖信俗项目，并就海南省临高县渔家优秀传统文化和当地旅游资源进行推介。此外，2020海南(临高)妈祖文化交流会同时举行，共同探讨发挥妈祖文化的积极作用，服务“一带一路”倡议、深化海南妈祖文化与旅游产业融合，以及妈祖文化中“立德行善大爱”的精神核心为构建和谐社会贡献力量等话题。
On December 17, 2020, Hainan (Lingao) Happy Tourism Festival and Mazu Culture Exchange meeting were held in Lingao County, Hainan Province. With the theme of “ Mazu Bless China, Sea Silk Road to be continued, Tide Rising South of Sea, Pursuing Dreams of Free Trade Port ”, the event attracted representatives from Mazu cultural organizations, experts and scholars in the field of Mazu culture, tourists and local residents of Hainan province, and those from all over the country. The event displayed the World Intangible Cultural Heritage ——“ Mazu Custom Project ”, and introduced the excellent traditional culture of fishermen in Lingao County, Hainan province and local tourism resources. Besides, during 2020 Hainan ( Lingao ) Mazu culture exchange meeting, topics on “ the positive role of Mazu culture”, “serve national One Belt and One Road strategy”, “deepen the integration of Hainan’s Mazu culture and tourism industry ” , and the spiritual core of Mazu culture, “ being virtuous, doing good and loving ” contributing to the construction of a harmonious society were discussed together at the same time.

本次活动在海南省临高县抱才村西宜港临高天后宫举行。临高天后宫作为天然良港边的一处妈祖文化地，如未开发的璞玉藏于深闺，在绿荫萦绕处，承载千年渔民精神寄托，默默屹立在抱才村西宜港传播海洋文明，讲述妈祖文化故事。
The event was held in the Tianhou Palace, Xiyi port, Baocai Village, Lingao County, Hainan Province. As a place of Mazu culture near a natural harbor, Tianhou Palace in Linao is like an undeveloped uncut jade hidden in the boudoir, and in the green shade lingering place, lying the spirit of thousands of years of fishermen, silently standing in the Xiyi port of Bocai Village spreading the maritime civilization, and telling the story of Mazu culture.
在当地，一辈一辈的渔民，在与海共生共存中，形成了具有临高当地特色的渔家文化，妈祖文化是影响渔民最深的渔家文化，这也影响了当地渔夫和渔家女的价值观和人生观。妈祖文化的核心精神是“立德、行善、大爱”，在渔村和西宜港，一张张质朴无华和未经世俗沾染的面孔，你会在潜移默化中感受到妇孺老少在不知不觉地践行这六个字。“有妈祖文化的地方，内心会有加持，时刻警醒自己做一个善良文明的人。”一位渔民说。
In the local area, generation after generation of fishermen, in symbiosis with the sea, have formed a fishing culture with local characteristics in Lingao. Mazu culture is the fishing culture that has the deepest influence on fishermen, which also affects the values and outlook on life of local fishermen and fisherwomen. The core spirit of Mazu culture is “ being virtuous, doing good and loving ”. In fishing villages and Xiyi port, you can see the unsophisticated and unworldly faces, unconsciously practicing these six words. “ Where there is Mazu culture, the heart will be blessed, always alerting myself to be a kind and civilized person.” said a fisherman.

林金赞表示，妈祖文化是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝，是海洋文明的优秀代表，是联结海内外华人华侨的精神纽带。千百年来，妈祖文化以湄洲为起点，从沿海到内陆，从中国到世界，遍及五大洲46个国家和地区，成为不同地区、不同种族、不同肤色民众的共同精神财富。他同时指出，海南地区妈祖文化历史悠久、源远流长。海南岛四面环海，岛上居民或渡海而来，或以海为生。海南人民与海洋的深深情结，注定了妈姐文化在这里生根发芽。
Lin said that Mazu culture is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture, an excellent representative of Marine civilization, and a spiritual bond that connects the Chinese at home and abroad. For thousands of years, Mazu culture started at Meizhou and has spread from the coast to the inland, from China to the world, covering 46 countries and regions on five continents, and has become the common spiritual wealth of people of different regions, races and colors. He also pointed out that The Culture of Mazu in Hainan has a long long history. Hainan Island is surrounded by the sea. The islanders have either crossed the sea or made a living from it. People of Hainan and the deep complex of the ocean,destined Mazu culture to take root here.
方萍对全国及全省各市县政府单位代表、妈祖文化机构代表、专家学者莅临表示欢迎和感谢。作为一名渔家女，方萍多年来倾尽全力传承弘扬海南省临高妈祖文化，并走向省外多个省市积极开展妈祖文化交流。她表示，以“立德、行善、大爱”为精神核心的妈祖文化，在助力构建和谐社会上发挥积极作用，同时，作为全球著名文化IP，妈祖文化在文旅融合的时代背景下，欢迎更多的妈祖信俗和游客来海南感受海南妈祖文化的魅力，助推海南自由贸易港的旅游产业发展，带动地区经济发展，让妈祖文化造福更多群众。
Fangping welcomed and thanked representatives of government units, representatives of Mazu cultural institutions, experts and scholars of all cities and counties in China and the whole province. As a fisherwoman, Fang Ping has been trying her best to carry forward the Mazu culture in Hainan province and actively carries out Mazu cultural exchanges in other provinces and cities. She said, “ being virtuous, doing good and loving ” is the spirit core of Mazu culture, which plays an active role in powering to build a harmonious society. At the same time, known as the world famous culture, and under the background of the integration of culture and tourism, we welcome more Mazu believers and tourists to Hainan to feel the charm of Mazu culture, to boost the tourism industry of Hainan Free trade port, to drive the regional economic development, and to make Mazu culture benefit more people.
妈祖文化在旅游引流方面是强大的助推引擎，其信俗遍布全球，信俗逾3亿，文化是旅游的灵魂，妈祖文化被认为是重要的旅游资源。值得一提的是，妈祖文化发源于中国福建省湄洲岛，目前分布在全球46个国家和地区，《妈祖信俗》于2009年成功被联合国教科文组织列入人类非物质文化遗产名录。 Mazu culture is a powerful driving engine in terms of tourism drainage, and its believers have spread all over the world, with more than 300 million people believing in customs. 关于海南妈祖文化的渊源，据有关记载，最晚至元代，海南已有多座妈祖庙，而后明清两代妈祖文化更是盛行，并延续至今。临高县是海南的渔业大县，自古被称为“鱼米之乡”。妈祖文化根植于临高渔民心中，临高天后宫成为海上渔民的精神寄托，这里的妈祖文化十分浓厚。以西宜港为例，作为一处天然良港，至今仍保持原始状态。古时那里船儿来来往往，有水道通往其临高他区域的口岸，西宜港是水道的入海口。近代，西宜港附近有四个渔村，傍海而居的渔民，日出日落均在海上漂移。临高天后宫就在西宜港旁边，她面朝大海，遥望海天相接的海平线，一艘艘深耕大海的帆牵动临高天后宫的视线，就像两棵相互牵连的树根，相互缠绕彼此相依。
As for the origin of Mazu culture in Hainan, according to relevant records, as late as the Yuan Dynasty, there were many Mazu temples in Hainan, and then Mazu culture prevailed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which has continued till now. Lingao county is a big fishing county of Hainan, called “ land of fish and rice” since ancient times. Mazu culture is rooted in the hearts of Lingao fishermen, and Tianhou Palace of Lingao has become the spirit of fishermen on the sea. The Mazu culture here is very strong. Take Xiyi Port as an example, as a good natural port, it is still in its original state. In ancient times, there were ships coming and going, and there was a waterway leading to the ports of other areas. Xiyj Port was the estuary of the waterway. In modern times, there were four fishing villages near Xiyi Port, and the fishermen lived near the sea drifting on the sea at sunrise and sunset. Lingao Tianhou Palace is right next to Xiyi Port. Facing the sea, she looks at the horizon between the sea and the sky from a distance. The sight of Lingao Tianhou Palace is influenced by the sails of deep-ploughing sea, just like two intertwined roots which are intertwined and interdependent.
在开幕式现场，福建省湄洲岛祖庙妈祖文化庆典仪仗队现场进行表演，为现场群众带来原汁原味的妈祖文化非遗项目展示。同时，为了进一步对外推广海南临高更多旅游文化资源，国家非物质文化遗产临高渔歌《哩哩美》《木偶戏》、临高戏等地域特色文化节目。
At the opening ceremony, the honor guard of Mazu Culture Celebration of Meizhou Island, Fujian Province had a live performance, bringing the original Intangible cultural heritage of Mazu to the crowd. 当天下午，2020海南(临高)妈祖文化交流会在临高县城举行，国内妈祖文化机构、研究院等专家学者从：《妈祖是构建人类命运共同体独特载体》《妈祖文化和文旅产业新融合》《官民分野到异地传播：妈祖研究再思考》《妈祖信俗与海南传播和影响》《妈祖信俗与社会和谐合作主张》《海南妈祖文化的历史和发展》《串珠成线：助推妈祖文化与海南文旅产业深度融合》等角度，共同探讨妈祖文化如何服务国家“一带一路”倡议，海南自由贸易港建设的重大历史契机下，源于中国福建湄洲岛的妈祖文化作为全球知名文化IP，如何进一步深化妈祖文化和海南旅游的融合，同时以“立德、行善、大爱”的妈祖文化核心精神，为构建和谐社会贡献一份力量。

交流会上，海南省妈祖文化研究会理事、海南省作协副秘书长彭桐介绍，如何有效实现作为世界非物质文化遗产的妈祖文化与作为海南新时代大发展一项主业的文旅产业嫁接，以催生具有一种或多类文化面貌或产品样式的“融合品”，来满足当下和未来人们实际生活或心理与精神上的需求，应是值得各方关注思考并努力实践的一个热门话题。彭桐认为，在此方面需要全岛至少是琼北地区一盘棋的思想意识，需要一双有力的大手来进行智慧动作，大胆使用“点石成金”“串珠成线”等手法，以“破圈”“破冰”，改变妈祖文化和文旅产业两个火车头在两股道上各自奔忙的现有状况，尽早实现交汇融合腾飞式的新产业发展。
At the exchange meeting, deputy Secretary-General of Hainan Writers association, director of Hainan Mazu Culture Research Association, Peng Tong introduced, how to effectively realize the grafting between Mazu culture as the world intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry as the main industry of Hainan’s new era development, to create an integration with one or more of cultural appearance or style of products, to meet the actual or psychological and spiritual needs of people now and in the future, should be a hot topic worthy of attentions and practices. Peng Tong believes that, in this respect, we need the ideology of the whole island, at least the Northern area of Hainan being a game of chess, and need a pair of powerful hands to carry out intelligent movements, bravely using the means of “ turning stones into gold ” and “ stringing the beads into a thread ” to change the current situation of Mazu culture and cultural tourism industry, which are like two locomotives running in two tracks, and we can realize the new industry development of convergence and integration as soon as possible.
海南省妈祖文化研究会顾问、副会长石梁平会上分享道，妈祖文化随着侨居地发展，在沿南海国家得以落户传播。并以新加坡牛车水天后宫、琼州(海南)会馆为例，讲述“立德行善大爱”的妈祖文化在东南亚的传播影响力。此外，他以妈祖信俗切入，讲述妈祖文化为海文化各域各族群树立了团结互助、善心慈爱、和谐共存、积极进取等精神内涵和价值观，俱有深远的历史和现实意义。
